Panyu Nansha Port Passenger Transport Co., Ltd.

Nansha, located at the southeast of Guangzhou, was established as an Economic and Technological Development Zone since 1993 and its mian industrial developments are on automobile, iron and steel, shipbuilding, machinery and equipment manufacturing, petrochemical, IT manufacturing and logistics.

Nansha Ferry Terminal is at the southeast of Nansha Development Zone and on the west bank of Humen Watercourse in the estuary of the Pearl River.  It is only 40 nautical miles from Hong Kong (about 70 minutes by ferry), 41 nautical miles from Macau and 54 kilometers to Guangzhou by land, bordering the cities of Dongguang, Zhongshan, Fushan and Shunde.  It is also in close proximity to Guangzhou International Airport and Shenzhen Airport.

Panyu Nansha Port Passenger Transport Co., Ltd. is dedicated to the provision of comprehensive ferry and terminal services between Hong Kong and Nansha.  There are several departures daily between Nansha and Hong Kong and coaches are also provided linking the ferry terminal with Guangzhou, Panyu and Shunde.  <Please click here for the bus schedule>

In line with the development of Nansha as an economic and technological development zone and to enhance the maritime transportation network in the region, a new ferry service between Nansha and Hong Kong International Airport (HKIA) will commence operation on 26 Jun 2009.  This new route, operated by Panyu Nansha Port Passenger Transport Co., Ltd., provides a convenient inter-modal connection for both regional and international passengers traveling between the Pearl River Delta region and overseas countries via HKIA.  Shun Tak – China Travel Ship Management Ltd (TurboJET) has been appointed as its sole agent to operate and manage this new service route.
